Chenelle Coy-Williams, MSW, LICSW, joined Keep Your Faith Corporation, Inc. (KYFC) in 2019 and serves as a clinician and Director of Outreach and Community Engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from West Virginia State University, a Master of Social Work from Marshall University, and certifications as an Addictions Counselor and Youth Specialist.

Chenelle specializes in trauma-informed care, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and is a certified forensic interviewer. Through her dual role as a school-based clinician and Assistant Attendance Director/Social Worker at Mary C. Snow West Side and Edgewood Elementary, she works at the intersection of mental health, attendance, and academic success—addressing the environmental and emotional factors that impact student and family well-being.

A dedicated community advocate and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated (Charleston-Institute Alumnae Chapter), Chenelle is committed to bridging gaps in access to care and creating meaningful, lasting impact in the communities she serves.
