KYFC’s “farm” on Charleston’s West Side is the heart of our Food Access + Systems Development Program. At this community ag-training site, we grow fresh fruits and vegetables, hold pop-up markets, lead gardening and nutrition workshops, host community events, and more.

At KYFC, we believe that fresh fruits and vegetables are important staples for a healthy life—and should always be in reach! That’s why we launched Ms. Ruby’s Corner Market in 2023. Located conveniently on the West Side of Charleston, Ms. Ruby’s provides our neighbors with easy access to affordable and healthy local foods. SNAP Stretch is accepted. We hope you’ll stop by!
